Common questions
My XP didn't update after a workout.
Open Workagotchi and pull down on the Home screen to sync. Steps from Apple Watch can take a few minutes to reach your iPhone. Make sure Workagotchi has access in the Health app → your profile → Apps → Workagotchi.
Why doesn't my widget update right away?
iOS decides when widgets refresh, so the widget can lag behind the app for a while. Opening the app syncs and asks iOS to refresh it.
Do entries I type into the Health app count?
No. To keep leaderboards fair, only activity recorded by your iPhone, Apple Watch, or workout apps earns XP.
How do I add a friend?
Sign in on the Friends tab, then share your invite link. Your friend can tap the link or type the 8-character code on their Friends tab.
How do I delete my account?
In the app, go to Settings → Delete account and data. It deletes your online account and everything stored on your iPhone. Your Apple Health data is not touched.
